"International Days in Tashkent" April 10-11, 2025, Tashkent, Uzbekistan In the modern world, nutrition issues for various categories of the population, along with global health problems, are among the most pressing topics in both Europe and Central Asian countries. For two years, the Tashkent Medical Academy has been actively conducting research and educational work on nutrition and dietetics within the framework of the ERASMUS PLUS BERNICA program project. In order to discuss the results of the work carried out, as well as exchange experience and the latest world achievements, on April 10-11, 2025, the Tashkent Medical Academy held "International Days" in the format of the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Topical Issues of Nutrition and Dietetics: Nutritional Features of Various Population Groups". The conference was attended by 132 participants: teachers of clinical departments of TMA, the department of food hygiene of TMA, 4th and 5th year students of TMA, master's degree students of TMA, students of the Center for Advanced Studies of medical University teachers of TMA, practicing doctors, as well as participants of the BERNICA project from Austria, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. Over the 2 days of the conference, leading scientists from both Uzbekistan and foreign countries presented 17 reports and 4 master classes in English, which aroused great interest among the participants. |
